After numerous attempts to get a WordPress plugin specifically for Flickr to work, I gave up and pasted the code provided by Flickr to create this page. I have no idea why the plugins wouldn’t work, but it’s probably due to the fact that I am not currently running the latest version of WordPress. I just haven’t had the time to attempt an upgrade.
